Política de cancelación

Si el pedido se cancela antes del envío, Durable GreenBeds reembolsará el importe en su totalidad.

Política de devolución y reembolso:

Debido a la naturaleza resistente de Durable GreenBed, no podemos aceptar productos devueltos. Todas las ventas son finales.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Durable GreenBed kits come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Sidewall panels: Warrantied against fracturing or breaking under normal use. Note that impacting the panels with loan mowers can fracture them voiding the warranty. Note that high powered pressure washing and string trimmers can damage the panels voiding the warranty.

Aluminum corner and joiner brackets: Covered under warranty if brackets fail under normal use. Paint finish may fade and is not covered under warranty.

Cast aluminum trim caps: Covered under warranty if caps fail under normal use. The powder coat finish may fade and is not covered under warranty.

Cedar trim: Not covered under warranty. We expect 10-20 years service life if the cedar is resealed every 2-3 years.

TimberTech trim: Covered under the manufacturer’s 50 year warranty against stain and fading.

Please contact us if you have failure of components as explained above. We will request photos and a phone interview with you to determine cause of failure. If it is determined they have failed or worn out under normal use we will the parts at no charge. Customer will only pay for shipping.
